Returns

You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery of your purchase. As long as the jewelry is in the same condition as when you received it. You must return your item with its original packaging. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Damaged goods

If the products are defective, we will help you with a free replacement and no return required. Please go to our contact page to follow the instructions. Once we receive your form, we will help you with a free replacement.

How to return an item

  1. Request a refund or exchange by visiting our contact page
  2. You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return your items based on your location.
  3. Please securely pack the relevant items and ship them to us according to the instructions provided.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 10 business days. The refund will exclude any shipping costs incurred.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a special or tracked delivery service.

Exchanges

When initiating an exchange, our return policy applies to the return of products. Once we receive the order in our warehouse, we will send the exchanges at no additional cost. Go to our contact page to request an exchange.

If you are exchanging your item for a higher value product, you will need to pay additional fees to cover the cost of the new item. If you want a lower value product, we will refund the difference.
