Tempra ("us" and "we") is the operator of (tempraminimal.es) ("Website"). By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the following terms. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this agreement to protect each other and set expectations about our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to determine whether you would prefer to wait for the backordered item to be replenished or whether you would prefer us to process a refund.
2. Shipping costs and delivery times.
We ship to Europe, Asia and America.
At Tempra we offer free shipping to all these areas, with the possibility of shipping with loss insurance for €4.99

To process a return or replacement, please contact us at tempratienda@gmail.com. We allow up to 14 days from the day the order is shipped to request a return. As soon as a return is received at our warehouse, we will automatically process the refund or replacement.
3. Returns
3.1 Return due to change of mind
Tempra will gladly accept returns due to a change of mind, provided we receive a return request within 14 days. Read more about our returns policy on our returns page
3.2 Warranty Claims
We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products. We are happy to honor any valid warranty claim. If your purchase breaks at any time due to regular use, please email a picture of the broken item and we will provide a replacement or refund in store credit. However, we are unable to refund warranty claims in cash. We do refund broken jewelry, but not jewelry subject to wear and tear.
Once your warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the option to:
(a) a store credit refund
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 Shipping time
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of payment for the order. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except for national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
4.2 Change of delivery address
For shipping address change requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been shipped. Please contact us by email at tempratienda@gmail.com for assistance.
If a package is sent to an incorrect address where the customer entered an incorrect shipping address, it cannot be refunded if it is lost.
4.3 PO Box Shipping
Tempra will ship to PO Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
4.6 Shipping to military addresses
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
4.7 Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, we will ship the order once the items are back in stock.
4.8 Delivery time exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us so we can carry out an investigation.
5. Notification tracking
After shipping, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates available from the shipping provider.
6. Packages damaged in transit
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service to advise of the next steps.
7. Tariffs and taxes
7.1 Sales tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as shown on the website
7.2 Import duties and taxes
All import duties and taxes are payable within the European Union. Import duties and taxes for shipments outside the European Union may be required to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Tempra encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Tempra at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, less the cost of return shipping. The cost of initial shipping will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please see our refund policy.
9. Insurance
Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value indicated by the courier service.
9.1 Process for packages damaged in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed its investigation into the claim.
9.2 Process for packet loss in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deems the package lost.
9.3 Packages lost after delivery
We are not responsible for lost packages after they have been deemed delivered by the courier. If the package was delivered according to the tracking, we may conduct an investigation. If the investigation concludes that the package was delivered to the correct location, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
To avoid this from happening, we suggest you choose express shipping to have the package delivered to you personally.
